Will HHC handle setting up the cabin on my block?

We’ll organise as much or as little as you like. From organising transport &/or installation to the plumbing & electrical to be hooked up to your cabin.

Will I need extra work done once the cabin is installed?

Yes. Power & sewage will need to be connected to the house which we are able to organise if desired.

Do I need permission to put this cabin on my land?
If so, who do I go to?

Yes. You need to contact your local council to apply for approval. If that sounds a bit daunting we are happy to handle this aspect for you. (All of the proper forms, plans & cabin approvals will be provided upon purchase for the council application).

Is my block of land suitable for a cabin?

HHC cabins are designed for any size and location, all we require is clear access to the cabin site on your block and a cleared area for the cabin itself. We can even handle clearing and site prep along with any plumbing and electrical you may want us to organise. This will be discussed after initial request and then factored into your quote.

How long after purchase can I have my cabin installed?

From 4 weeks after council approval and payment has been received.

Can I alter design aspects to suit my needs?

Yes, all colours, accessories, coverings, finishing’s & even a wall or two can be altered when getting your cabin built.
